Description
Located in the town of Kom Ombo, about 28 miles north of Aswan, the temple, which dates to the reign of the Ptolemies, based on the sand dunes overlooking the River Nile and the current church is the sixth by Ptolemy in the second century BC. Ptolemy XIII built the corridors of the columns in the home and abroad. The outer wall, and part of a court built by Augustus sometime after 30 BC, most of them gold.
