TOMBS OF THE WORKERS:Tombs of the pyramid builders at Giza:
Recent excavations near the temple was discovered in the valley of this great city for the workers who built the pyramids and preserved for later generations. Is the average age and living conditions of the workers was very early, from 30 to 35 years, and all the skeletons of men and women and showed signs of stress on the back. Mummification was reserved for kings and nobles only.
Tombs come in a variety of shapes: square overlapping, beehives, and gabled roofs. Domes cover a simple rectangular mass grave, the pyramids and the formation of a very simplified manner. A small tomb shows a mini-ramp leading to and around the dome, while others appear terraces tombs with courtyards mini small stone false doors with the names and titles of the deceased inscribed on them.
