First pyramid tomb complex designed and built by Imhotep for the 3rd Dynasty pharaoh Djoser. Initially placed in the graves the first terrace of rectangular shape, pyramid gradually expanded and evolved to become the superstructure. Consists of six giant steps, which includes many of the cameras, including bridging the divisions - the Court.
