Kanabesh Hotel

Description: Nile Melody Travel 424

We actually stayed here through our PADI dive course that we had booked with the Red Sea Diving College. So the price we paid was 26 euros for the two of us.

Our room was a shared four-person dormitory, although no one else stayed there whilst we were there. It had an en-suite bathroom and had air-con. They were single beds, but unfortunately the door to the room did not lock. In fact we were not even given a key, but there were guards of sorts on the main entrances into the complex.

Our price included a buffet breakfast and also included use of the sun loungers on the private beach, which turned out to be a god send, as all the beach at Sharm El Sheik is private. You could rent the loungers though if you were not staying there for 20EGP, this included a towel.

Their facilities included a swimming pool, with a pool bar, and a ping pong table. There was lots of seating around the pool too.The rooms were generally clean, but very basic. Their on-beach restaurant had a good range of meals and snacks, which were reasonably priced for Sharm El Sheik.
